【Responsibility Description】

1、According to the company's business development and departmental work plan, study the cross-border market and dynamics, collect and sort out product and market information, plan and formulate market ecological strategies related to the company's products, formulate implementation paths, and organize the implementation.
2、Brand overall plan: take the lead in formulating the brand plan and overall marketing plan of cross-border e-commerce according to the business plan and market rhythm, and plan promotional activities and content marketing for product selling points and user insights.
3、Marketing plan for new product launch: plan online/offline marketing plans and overall strategies that can quickly improve product/brand awareness in combination with the online rhythm of the company's new product planning.
4、Marketing operation coordination: maintain efficient communication with all operating departments, complete information transmission and collection of integrated marketing activities.
Coordinate marketing and operation resources, ensure the timely launch of activities, and control the overall implementation progress and implementation.
5、Output the annual theme concept consistent with the brand (consistent with the expanded application of multi-directional contacts), guide and monitor the external brand promotion management of each project, including the marketing plan for brand promotion.
6、Integrate the company's resources and explore overseas markets through multiple channels, such as online, offline, media, ecological and other channel resources.
7、According to the personnel allocation of the company's strategic execution department and team management.

【Job Requirements】
1、Bachelor degree or above, cross-border e-commerce industry experience is preferred, or domestic e-commerce industry experience with sharp thinking logic and adaptability can also be relaxed.
2、More than 8 years of experience in brand promotion planning, and more than 5 years of experience in director or related positions.
3、Have outstanding logical thinking and communication skills, keen market insight, strong anti pressure ability, team spirit and work initiative.
